I am making a series of videos about Marbella urbanizations.
This video is about the urbanization of EL PRESIDENTE, located in the municipality of Estepona in the Atalaya Isdabe neighborhood, at equal distance of 12 km from the center of Marbella and Estepona, 400 m from the beach and 6 km from Puerto Banús.

The development stands out for its extensive Andalusian gardens with numerous fountains and water features that combine to create a magical and refreshing atmosphere on summer days. Although it is not fenced, the development is very safe thanks to the 24-hour security service and cameras.
The complex extends over an 8-hectare plot of land that is divided into 41,994 m2 for the part with the homes and gardens plus 38,180 m2 of forest and tennis and paddle tennis courts, a football field and a basketball court. The gardens, always well maintained, house 5 swimming pools, one of which is heated for year-round enjoyment. The main pool is impressive for its size and its central island.
Built between 1986 and 2000, the development consists of 21 blocks with a height of 2 floors plus the ground floor with a total number of 281 apartments. The older phases offer larger constructions up to 220 m2 built for the largest apartments. Many apartments have a large terrace of 20 to 40 m2. The apartment has a first occupancy license, so the apartments can be registered with the Andalusian government as tourist apartments.
There are underground garages and storage rooms, but no direct access to the apartments. There are also plenty of parking spaces in the streets around the complex for the convenience of the residents.
Community fees around €220/month for a 2-bedroom apartment.
