I am making a series of videos about the urbanizations of Marbella.
The urbanization EL MANANTIAL is located in Marbella in the Elviria district, 10 km east of the center of Marbella, 1.5 km from the beach and 850 m from the Elviria shopping center.
For golf lovers, the apartment is located just 400m from the Santa Maria golf club, and a short distance from the Green Life Golf with its famous Michelin-starred El Lago restaurant.

The development is protected by a fence with code access and video surveillance. In addition, in the summer months it has 24-hour surveillance. With a plot of 27,176 m2, the complex enjoys extensive tropical gardens with rivers and waterfalls and 4 saltwater pools. The tropical garden and the common areas are always well maintained.
Built between 1998 and 2000, it consists of 14 small blocks with 10 to 12 apartments each. The total number of residents is 143. It has a first occupancy license so the apartments can be registered with the Junta de Andalucía as tourist apartments. Elevators in some blocks, but not all. Underground garages and storage rooms.
The apartments stand out for the spaciousness of the living rooms and terraces and if they are on a high floor they have panoramic views of the sea.
